Binaural beats are created by playing the same tone with a slight frequency offset between the left and right ears. The brain detects the difference as a rhythmic pulse and synchronizes to it, helping you access states like deep theta (4Hz), linked to deep meditation and inner awareness.

For this series, each note is tuned to a carrier tone corresponding a specific chakra – for example, C for the Root Chakra, or G for the Throat. You may find that certain tones sound pleasant or unpleasant to you. Experiment with them all to see which ones resonate with you most.
